Kingscliff Beach Retirement Village is a gated complex of 32 strata titled villas in the heart of Kingscliff. Specifically designed for over 55s, the Village is the ideal place for those looking for a community village with the freedom they desire.
The village is located in a peaceful environment, away from the hustle and bustle of town yet close enough for easy access to facilities. Tranquilty and nature abound with fully maintained gardens and external areas. Residents can relax with peace of mind in our security gated complex and emergency call alarm if ever required. Our Village Manager and Operations Manager are onsite daily overlooking the day-to-day operations.

With a maximum of the existing 32 onsite villas, residents thrive on the support and friendships with other residents. VILLAGE MANAGER
Shae O’Brien and her family have been managing the village for 15 years and pride themselves on their daily involvement. Shae assists with managing maintenance, gardening and tradespeople as well as playing an active role in the village committees helping to coordinate social activities. Having managed this community for such a long time, Shae has a personal relationship with the residents with a genuine care and concern for their general well-being and a willingness to help where needed. Shae coordinates the onsite managers who are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the village.
